After exactly four weeks of work, I've finished up with my new oil painting entitled Lillian Chameleon Loves Licking Lollipop Limbs. The current photo here on the site loses a bit of detail in the orchids and in some other areas, so hopefully I'll have this professionally photographed and reposted in the next few weeks. The space nebula-looking background was inspired by my interest in space-themed cell phone backgrounds, and the orchids were inspired after a trip to a massive orchid exhibit at White River Gardens attached to the Indianapolis Zoo...
